Margarita Villa

Solar heated pool

Steps lead from the courtyard to the upper terrace where the heated swimming pool is situated. The pool is surrounded by a paved area with sun loungers, sun umbrella, and tables and chairs.

There is a pool house on this level with a kitchenette with a fridge and a shower bathroom.

The pool is heated by solar panels with a pool cover for cooler months.

4 Bedrooms

This four-bedroomed villa is perfect for families and friends. Sleeps up to 8 people. Consists of four bedrooms all with ensuite and A/C. Three beds are king-size with one a queen-size double.

Two bedrooms are in the main villa. One bedroom is in a self-contained Annexe in the courtyard while the final bedroom is accessed down some steps in a separate flat with its own terrace, sitting room, kitchen and bathroom.

Villa interior

The villa has a spacious hall with a marble floor, a sofa and table. From the hall, steps lead up to the open plan dining and sitting area with A/C. Two large sofas with a matching chair face sliding glass doors that open onto the balcony revealing fantastic views to the sea.

The sitting room has a radio, and a large TV with internet access. There are small coffee tables with table lamps and a large coffee table centrally placed. The dining area has a table with chairs also a dresser with a wide range of holiday reading books. Comfortable chairs and a table furnish the balcony. Free WiFi for our guests.
