The villa is located by a lane close to the centre of Pissouri. The village square is about a 5 - 10 minute walk away, and Pissouri beach is about 5 minutes by car. Iron gates open onto the wide driveway, with ample parking for two or three cars.

Steps lead from the driveway to the upper terrace where the swimming pool is situated. The pool is surrounded by a paved area with sun loungers. There is also a small pool house on this level. This has a kitchenette with sink unit, fridge and electric kettle, and a shower bathroom with washbasin and wc.

Inside the villa is a large entrace hall, with four steps leading to the sitting area. This is comfortably furnished with sofas and an armchair, coffee table, table with two chairs and Welsh dresser with a library. The villa now has a 32" widescreen LCD television with access to UK channels and DVD player. A portable radio/CD player is also provided. At one end of the sitting room is a dining table with six chairs. Wifi internet access is also available.

The sitting room has two sliding glass doors which lead onto a balcony with a table and garden chairs. From here there are beautiful views towards the sea.

The kitchen is separate and has a fridge/freezer, electric oven with mixed gas and electric hob, washing machine, microwave, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle, iron and board. There is a small table here with two chairs.

The master bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables with lamps, dressing table and built-in wardrobes. Sliding glass doors lead down some steps to the barbecue area. The separate family bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin and wc.

The second bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite shower room & WC.

Steps at the side of the villa lead to the lower terrace and the the third bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is completely self contained with its own entrance, sitting room and small kitchen.

The wide terrace has beautiful views out to sea and a number of fruit trees and pretty flowers. There is a table and chairs for outdoor dining, and the suite now also has its own barbecue area.

The door to this bedroom opens into the sitting room which is furnished with a sofa, chair, coffee table and bookcase. Sliding glass doors lead straight onto the terrace. Wifi internet access is also available.

Through an archway from the sitting room is the kitchen, which is equipped with a fridge/freezer, electric oven with gas hob, microwave, washing machine, sandwich toaster, kettle, toaster iron and board. There is a glass back door from the kitchen which leads onto the terrace.

The bedroom is furnished with bedside tables with lamps, dressing table, built-in wardrobe and double bed. Sliding glass doors lead from here onto the terrace.

The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and has a separate shower cubicle, bath with shower over, washbasin and wc.
